In case if you donÕt know what IÕm talking about when I say the game of sticks, so therefore,I will briefly explain. The gameboard looks like this: III IIIII IIIIIII Each turn, a player can erase as many sticks from one row as he or she wants. She or he may not choose not to erase any sticks for their turn. You may not erase from more than one row for each turn. The object of the game is to leave the other opponent with the last stick. Here are a few tips for you if you would like to win.

1. If you leave your partner with two rows left, and two sticks on each row. 2. You will also win if you leave your partner with the combination of three and three. 3. If it is your opponent's turn, try to leave him with the combination 1 4 5, and you will win. 4. Never leave your opponent with two rows with only one stick in either row, but not one stick in both rows, because you will lose. 5. 1 2 3 is a winning combination. 6. 3 5 6 is a winning combination 7. Go first, and take one stick from any row, and if you're careful, you will win. 8. If you leave your partner with 1 1 1 you will win. 9. 2 5 7 is a winning combination
