Tricks for playing the game of sticks

  1. I've observed that going second increases your chance of winning
  2. If you leave your opponent with two rows that are the same, you can wipe out the third row so that you'll win
  3. If you go first, take one stick from any of the three rows and you'lll win if you don't goof up
