Introduction

Introduction

This is an interactive quiz that tests your knowledge of computer hardware. This quiz will have four sections: 1-Storage Unit Conversions; 2-Definitions, Acronyms, and What Things Do; 3- Graphics; 4-Extra Credit. To the left are the Online Score Table and the Grade Table. (Read on for details on the Online Score Table)

Taking the Quiz

This quiz will be multiple choice with no time limit. The question will be followed by three choices. Each choice is labeled by the links "a","b",or "c". If you click the correct link, a smilly face will pop-up. If you click the wrong link, a frowning face will pop-up. When the faces pop up, click the Back button in the toolbar. Then update the Score Table. (See Online Score Table) You will have one chance to answer each question. Do not look at the bar at the bottom of the screen! Doing so while your cursor is on a link will reveal if the choice is right or wrong. This is called cheating. You don't want to be a cheater, do you?

The Online Score Table

After answering each question, you should update the Score Table by clicking the correct item in the correct row. Example:You answered question 2 incorrectly, so you go to the "Q.2 - 5 Pt" row and on the second column, select "Wrong". After completing the quiz, add up your score and go to the "Total" row and type in your total score.
Now to the quiz!
